We start with a 2-hour Business Clarity Session to set the foundation (included)

Meet your Coach
I'm Tracey Leak, Profit Growth Strategist and Business Coach, based on the Gold Coast.
For over 21 years I've been working 1-to-1 with established business owners to help them grow their profits, gain clarity on where they're headed, and take back control of their business future.
My approach is practical and data-driven. We look at your numbers, we identify the opportunities, and we build a plan that actually gets implemented and not just talked about.
My coaching clients typically stay with me for 12 months or more. Not because they're locked in, but because the results keep coming and they don't want to stop.

How does the program start?
Every Profit Accelerator Coaching engagement starts with a 2-hour Business Clarity Session - we cover your goals, do a gap analysis, review your P&L, and build your profit growth plan. That becomes the foundation for everything we do together.
How long does the program run?
There's no lock-in contract - you're not tied in. That said, I do recommend a minimum of 3 months to start seeing real, measurable results. My clients typically stay for 12 months or more because that's where the real transformation happens.
Is it in person or online?
All sessions are via phone or Zoom whichever you prefer. Same time each week, every week. I've been coaching clients by phone for over 20 years! It works..
What do I need before we start?
A growth mindset and a copy of your P&L. Everything else we work out together.
How do payments work?
Simple. I'll send you a monthly invoice, due within 7 days. No surprises.
What if I need to stop?
Just email me before the next month begins. No lock-in, no drama. I'd rather you be in the program because it's working for you than stay because you feel obligated. If you finish mid-month, there's no refund on the remainder of that month. I encourage you to use your remaining sessions rather than walk away from them.

Not at all. All sessions are via phone or Zoom, so it doesn't matter where you are. I've coached business owners all over Australia and internationally.
