It's a focused, one-to-one session with me - via Zoom - where we dig into your business together.
No fluff. No generic advice. Just a proper look at where you're at, what's working, what isn't, and what the most important next steps are for your business.
Before we meet, I'll ask you to send me a copy of your Profit & Loss - so I come prepared and we don't waste a minute of our time together.
Session is via Zoom for 90 – 120 minutes. Investment is $497 (incl. GST)

I’ll ask you to send a copy of your Year-To-Date Profit & Loss plus the previous year’s. (Doesn’t need to be accountant finalised). I want to come in prepared for you.
We meet on Zoom
90-120 minutes, just us. We cover your goals, your gaps, your numbers, and your plan. You ask questions. I give you straight answers.

How is this different from a coaching program?
A Business Clarity Session is a single, standalone session. There's no ongoing commitment — just one focused conversation that gives you clarity and a plan. Some people book this as a one-off boost. Others use it as the starting point before stepping into ongoing coaching. Either way, you'll get real value from the session itself.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Yes — I'll ask you to send a copy of your Year-to-Date Profit & Loss and your previous year's P&L before we meet. It doesn't need to be accountant-finalised. Just download it from Xero or MYOB and send it through. That's it. I'll do the prep work from there.
Is it really done via Zoom?
Yes. In my experience, Zoom works brilliantly for this kind of session — and it means we're not limited by geography. I've been coaching clients by phone and video for over 20 years. It works.
What if I decide I want ongoing coaching after the session?
That's great — we can talk about it at the end of the session if it feels like the right next step for you. But there's absolutely no pressure and no obligation. I'd rather you make the right decision for you than make a sale that isn't the right fit.
What business requirements do I need?
Ideally you're an established business, registered for GST, you're a motivated business owner who's serious about growth.
Can my business partner be on the call?
Yes. If it is just you and one business partner, then absolutely. If it is more than 2 people,
please reach out to Tracey first. It can be done, but she will just set it up a little differently.
I've tried business coaching before and it didn't work.
Honestly? Not all coaches are made equal. If you've had a less-than-great experience before, I get it — and I'd encourage you to book a free intro call first so you can get a feel for how I work before you commit to anything.
What is the investment and how do I pay?
The Business Clarity Session is a one off payment of $497 (incl. GST). Once you have booked in, Tracey will send you an invoice directly so you can pay simply by EFT.
You will need to pay the invoice prior to the session please. If you need a payment plan, speak to Tracey.
