We have monthly intensives and run weekly office hours for real-time Q&A and support.
This is a hybrid format designed to help experienced owners break through plateaus, sharpen leadership and grow profitability.

Why in person and not online?
There is a difference between efficient and effective.
Yes, online Zoom meetings/lessons are highly efficient, but they are nowhere near as effective as an in-person event.
I want to give you REAL value and make sure we get the most from our time together, so we’re choosing effective over merely efficient.

Monthly Intensives:

Session are 9.15am for 9.30am start and we finish by 3.30pm.

What do I need to do/bring/wear for the event?
Nothing to do before. Come ready to learn with a growth mindset.
Dress is smart business casual.
No need to bring anything. I’ll provide everything you need from pens and paper to tea/coffee, morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch.
How much is it to attend and can I bring a friend?
The mastermind is a monthly investment of $995 (incl. GST) per person for 12 months.
If you would like to bring a friend, then they need to register on a separate registration to you and go through the application process. Guests are not permitted in these close door sessions
I have dietary requirements?
No problem. When you register, add dietary needs (be specific—e.g., vegetarian but no eggs; milk preferences). If I’m unsure, I’ll email to confirm so we have what you need.
Where will I park?
Once you have registered, we will send parking details for you.
For monthly intensives: We do recommend that you park in the Athol Paterson Car Park (behind the Southport Library between Lawson St and Suter St). It is $8.70 for the full day.
For weekly office hours: Because of the drop in/drop out nature of the weekly office hours, you will be under the 3 hour free parking limit so feel free to park under the towers – enter at 9 Lawson St.
